Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Makes 2 servings. 20 minute cook time.

Goes great with Potato "Risotto", Smoked Green Olives and Fried Garlic.


  • ½ cauliflower

  • 3 tbsp Hot pepper spread

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Zest of ½ lemon

  • Salt & pepper


  1. Pre-heat oven at 400 F.

  2. Cut cauliflower into large florets.

  3. Toss cauliflower in olive oil, pepper spread, maple syrup, lemon zest, salt and pepper.

  4. Lay cauliflower out on baking sheet with space between pieces.

  5. Put in pre-heated oven and set to broil for 5-10 minutes until cauliflower is slightly charred.
