Smoked Green Olives

Makes 2 servings. 3 hour cook time.

Goes great with Potato "Risotto", Spicy Roasted Cauliflower and Fried Garlic.



  1. Smoke Castelvetrano olives in smoker at 250 F for 3 hours.

  2. Pit olives and reserve.
