Herb Ranch Dressing

Makes 1 1/2 cups. 5 minute prep time.

Goes great on most any salad (check out this BLT Salad), or halve the amount of coconut milk and use it as a sandwich spread!


  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (ideally freshly squeezed)

  • ½ tsp black pepper, freshly cracked

  • ½ tsp sea salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake vigorously.
