Peanut Satay Sauce

Makes ½ cup. 10 minute cook time.

Goes great with


  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • 1 clove garlic, grated

  • ½ tbsp lime zest

  • 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)

  • 1 tsp grilled sesame seed oil

  • ½ tsp sambal oelek


  1. Stir all ingredients except lime zest together in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook while stirring continuously until thickened to your liking.

  2. Add lime zest just before serving.
